The core philosophy is that true leadership is "felt, not heard". It's about creating an environment where your team feels a genuine desire to work for you out of passion and respect, rather than feeling they simply have to. This begins with the leader's own energy and passion.

Leadership seminar packages are flexible to meet client needs. The minimum package is 2 hours, and the maximum is a comprehensive 2 day (16 hour) session. For specific pricing and to design a custom package, please book a free consultation.

The process begins with a free 30 minute initial consultation where we discuss your organization, your leadership style, and what you want to provide for your team. Based on this, a personally designed program of instruction (proposal) is created and sent to you for agreement before scheduling the training.
